“一带一路”建设中法律服务的必要性及其路径研究

"一带一路"建设是我国在新的历史条件下实行全方位对外开放的重大举措。推进"一带一路"建设,构建新的陆上、海上国际经济走廊,需要法治思想理念下的法律服务护航。"一带一路"建设为法律服务创造了历史性的机遇,同时也对法律服务提出了更高的要求。为保证"一带一路"建设的稳步推行,充分考虑"一带一路"沿线复杂的法律、经济文化和政治环境,在"一带一路"法律服务实施方面进行系统性、针对性地构建防患于未然的风险防控机制、保障纠纷及时解决的纠纷解决机制、促进沿线国家合作与交流的法律服务合作机制,以健全完善"一带一路"法律服务体系,推动"一带一路"建设不断深入。

Research on Necessity and Pathway of Legal Services under the Belt and Road Initiative

The Belt and Road Initiative is a major effort in promoting the all-round opening-up strategy under the new historical conditions in China.The promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative and the construction of new international land and marine economic roads need legal services under the rule of law.The Belt and Road Initiative has created higher demands for legal services while providing historical opportunities to legal services.To insure steady implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,by taking into consideration the complicated legal,economic,cultural and political environment,we should,in terms of the implementation of legal services of the Belt and Road Initiative,carry out the systematic and targeted construction to establish a risk prevention and control mechanism to prevent problems in the bud,a dispute settlement mechanism to promptly settle disputes,and a cooperative mechanism of legal services to facilitate cooperation and exchanges among countries along the Belt and the Road.We should promote the further construction of the Belt and the Road through the sound system of legal services of the Belt and the Road.
