摘    要:在文化观视角下,企业核心竞争力的内涵是指企业文化对形成核心竞争力的各要素进行协调、整合,并形成持久竞争优势的能力。从外延上看,企业核心竞争力实质上就是能给企业带来巨大价值,具有稀缺性、不可替代性、延展性、难以被模仿的企业文化。企业核心竞争力的形成机理就是企业文化对核心竞争力各要素强化、整合的过程。企业可以通过构建学习型文化、适时进行文化创新、实施文化营销来提升核心竞争力。

Abstract:From cultural viewpoints,the connotation of enterprise core competitiveness refers to the adjustment and integration of the core competitiveness elements via enterprise culture to create a sustained competitive advantage for the enterprise.From the extension of view,enterprise core competitiveness is virtually a kind of rare,irreplaceable,extendible and unimitative enterprise culture with huge value.The formation mechanism of enterprise core competitiveness is a process of strengthening and integrating core competitiveness elements by enterprise culture.The enterprise should enhance its core competitiveness by cultivating learning-oriented enterprise culture,innovating enterprise culture in time and implementing culture marketing.
