道德及道德建设是社会关注的热点问题 ,近年我国道德发展状况及道德建设出现新的转机 ,社会道德水平有所上升 ,但仍存在一些突出的问题 :道德理想的迷失、道德标准的模糊、道德行为的失控及道德监督的软弱等。对于这些问题我们必须采取有效的措施来加以解决
