摘    要:由于统治者的推崇 ,道教在唐代得到了极大的发展。饮食当中 ,统治者将道教禁食鱼、肉的教规推广到普通百姓之中 ,道教名词在菜肴中频繁出现 ,道教节日与节日饮食习惯传入民间 ,道教养生食品受到普通百姓的推崇 ,这一系列现象反映出唐代饮食文化独具特色的一面

Taoist Flavor of the Tang Dynasty's Food Culture
Abstract:WT5BZ]:Taoism developed a lot during the Tang dynasty because the rulers held it in high esteem. In such a situation Taoist practice and rules such as prohibition of fish and meat were extended to the diet among the rank and file, and Taoist terms were frequently used in naming dishes. Taoist festivals and its dietary habits were also introduced into the common people. Thus Taoist food and drink became popular, and such phenomena feature the food culture of the Tang dynasty. WT5HZ]
