| 摘 要： | 股份合作制是改革开放后中国企业成长中的新生事物 ,是小型企业可以选择的重要制度形式。股份合作制企业是集体所有制性质的。但它又明显区别于改革开放后以集体财产为基础组建的乡镇社区企业。股份合作制企业 ,具有无法克服的缺陷 ,对企业成长来说 ,股份合作制只是一种过渡性的制度选择 ,应当适时向公司制转变

| Abstract: | Joint stock system is a new thing in China after reform and opening. It provides an important choice for small scale enterprises. Joint stock enterprises are state owned but different from the community enterprises of villages and towns based on collective property after reform and opening. However, this system has its fatal setbacks and therefore should be taken as a transition toward company system in the growth of enterprises. |
