| 摘 要： | 中国内地公司法和台湾公司法在很大程度上参考吸收了大陆法系国家公司法 ,两者无论是在结构上 ,还是在具体内容上 ,都有许多相同或相似之处 ,但由于各自的市场经济发育程度和企业发展现状的不同 ,两地的公司立法在公司的种类、设立、资本、机关以及关系企业的规定方面都存在着较大的差异
