| 摘 要： | 人类为解决自身有限理性与群体之间有效配置间的两难问题 ,创设了种种制度 ,那么何种制度安排满足资源有效配置的内生要求呢 ?制度是如何实现其被赋予的资源配置功能的呢 ?人们在行为、禀赋等基本约束下又是如何“理性”地演进出这些制度的呢 ?本文以企业组织制度为切入点 ,对上述问题作了一个简单的概括和探讨。文章指出 ,企业组织 (推广至其他制度 )中信息与资源配置间的关系 ,从信息资源配置、企业组织资源配置功能、理论回顾及一个应用四个部分对这一问题进行了说明

| Abstract: | WT5BZ]:Man has set up many systems in order to deal with the dilemma of his rational limits and effective arrangement among groups. Which system and which arrangement will meet the intrinsic demand of effective resources arrangement? How does the system carry out the function of its resources distribution and how does Man rationally derive these systems under the control of his behavior and natural gifts? The paper discusses these problems from enterprise organization system and demonstrates the relations of information and resource in four parts, such as information arrangement, the function of enterprise organization arrangement, theoretical review and its application.
