| 摘 要： | 先进的文化站在时代的前列 ,反映广大人民群众的意志和愿望 ,表达人民群众的心声 ,因而具有强大的号召力、吸引力和凝聚力。科教兴国战略已成为我国文化建设的重大战略 ,实施这一战略 ,提高全民族的科学教育文化水平 ,为实现现代化提供精神动力和智力支持 ,创造良好的舆论环境 ,这既是建设有中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分 ,又是当代中国先进文化的时代特征。

| Abstract: | The author maintains that progressive culture heralds the age and represents the wishes and aspiration of the masses, and thus enjoys a powerful appeal to the public. The strategy of Chinese development through science and education is part of the cultural construction of China and is therefore fundamental to the promotion of national science and education awareness. |
