| Abstract: | The improvement of ethics of employees in state enterprises impells ideological consolidation and economic accumulation. In the course of building the socialist market economy, the value and moral orientation of employees in state enterprises shows differences and contradiction. We must pay special attention to the moral level of employees in state enterprises, and seek economy and policy support in order to improve the moral level of employees in state enterprises. |
