入世过渡期结束后我国的产业保护政策

入世五年的过渡期结束后,我国产业发展将面临更加激烈的国际竞争环境。为有效地保护国内产业,维护企业合法权益,促进民族工业的振兴与发展,我们要利用WTO赋予的法律手段保护国内产业,建立和完善产业保护预警机制,充分发挥政府在产业保护中的作用,加强和完善国内产业保护制度,并加快产业结构调整,实现产业的优化升级。

On Countermeasure of Industry Protection after the Transitional Period of WTO

After five-year transitional period completing,the industry development of our country will face more vigorous international competition environment.In order to protect the local industry availably,support the legal rights of business enterprise,promote and develop the national industry,we should make use of law measures given by WTO to protect local industry,establish the early-warning mechanism,develop governments' function,strengthen and perfect the protecive system,adjust the industrial structure quickly and realize the optimize and upgrade of industry.
