关于中国富余劳动力的思考

富余劳动力主要包括农村剩余劳动力和城市下岗、失业人口两大部分。在中国经济总量不断上升的同时,就业问题已是困扰中国长远发展的难题。之所以产生GDP增长与失业率上升相伴的喜忧参半的结果,主要原因是:第一,我国人口基数过大,增长过快,是富余劳动力的源泉。第二,经济体制是富余劳动力存在的保障。

Research on the problem of surplus labor of China

In China, the main surplus labor includes rural surplus and urban unemployment. China has achieved a great long period socio-economic progress since 1978, while the problem of employment has disturbed the future progress of China. There are two main factories can explain why GDP's progress produces surplus labor. First, the total population of China in 1949 is vast and the growth rate of population is high. Second, planning economic system had ensured a large number of surplus labors worked in less than the normal time and productivity.
