| 摘 要： | 法律价值观既体现了人们对法律的价值追求 ,又内含着人们对现实法律的评判准则。中西方传统法律价值观围绕着各自不同的基本价值目标 (或取向 )存在着各自不同的价值评价标准 :这不仅反映了中西方在对法律认识上的巨大差异 ,同时也体现了各自在法律价值追求上的重大差别。分析中西方法律价值评价标准的历史差异 ,无疑对今天我们实施依法治国的基本方略 ,实现中国法制现代化具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Values in law represent people's desire for pursuing the value of law on one hand and comprises their appraisal standards towards realistic law. Either the Chinese and the western people have their respective appraisal standards on the basic value objectives, which shows the enormous differences on recognition of law between the Chinese and the westerners. An analysis into the differences will, no doubt, be of great significance in strategy of administering the State by law and bring about modernization of China's legal system. |
