| Abstract: | The deficiency of individual credit records has affected the banker's decision in individual's applying for consumption loan negatively.And the insurance company has stepped in to"help"promoting the individual loan.The current point is not only how to assure the financial institutions in chosing customer,but also set up individual customer's credit records systematically and socially.So the idea of guaranty corporation is a way out to be discussed. |
