道德视阈中的合谋性沉默研究

发生在公共空间领域中＂十三亿人竟扶不起一个跌倒老人＂,＂小悦悦＂事件等道德事件凸显出合谋性沉默及其消极作用,由此对合谋性沉默的研究成为不可回避的学理性和现实性任务。基于中西不同的文明路径,在对沉默及道德视阈中合谋性沉默予以界定基础上,考察道德视阈中的合谋性沉默产生的原因,提出可从传媒公正与个体理性、公民责任与价值引领、制度保障与道德智慧等方面消解合谋性沉默,促进道德建设。

The Study on Conspiracy of Silence of Visual Threshold

"1.3 billion people could not help a fallen elderly",the event of "Little Yue Yue" and other moral events that occurred in a public space highlight conspiracy silence and its negative effect,and thus,the study of conspiracy of silence becomes an unavoidable theoretical and practical task.Based on Chinese and western civilization of the different paths,after the definition of silence and conspiracy silence of visual threshold,study the reasons of conspiracy silence of visual threshold.In order to promote the moral construction,we can put forward the methods to break the conspiracy silence of visual threshold which include media justice and the individual rationality、civil liability and value guidance、system security and moral wisdom.
