中国共产党对东北解放区教师队伍的思想改造教育

在东北两个命运的大决战中,中国共产党领导的新民主主义教育事业发展成为解放战争的一条重要战线。而东北解放区教师队伍的思想改造教育是发展新民主主义教育事业的前提和基础。对原有旧教师和旧知识分子的使用,坚决贯彻了团结、教育、改造的基本方针,通过组织各种政治训练班和座谈会、领导教师做群众工作、提升教职员地位等方式,调动起了大批可以利用的原有旧教员和旧知识分子。这些战斗在文教岗位上的新旧教师为中国新民主主义教育和革命事业做出了巨大的贡献,相当一部分人成为政治学习与业务研究的模范。

The Ideological Education on the Teachers of Northeast Liberated Areas During the War of Liberation

The new-democratic education leaded by CPC had made a great success during the war of northeast liberation.The basis of the new-democratic education was the teachers’ thought reform.The CPC carried out a comprehensive education on the teachers according to the basic principle "Solidarity,education and reformation".A large number of teachers and intellectuals had been mobilized by short-term trainning,symposium,mass work,improving their position,etc.A number of the educated teachers had been models in politics learning and professional research.
