基于KAQ目标导向的物流专业柔性人才培养模式研究

近年来,我国的物流产业迅速发展,市场对物流人才也提出了迫切要求。本文分析了市场经济发展的物流管理人才需求变化,明确了物流管理专业教学应该以KAQ目标为导向,实施＂知识、能力和素质＂三位一体的人才综合教育培养模式,并从课程设置、教学体系、教学方法和师资队伍建设等方面对KAQ人才培养模式进行了构建,提出了教学模式改革和创新的总体策略。

Study on the KAQ Objective-Oriented Mode of Training Flexible Talents Majored in Logistics

The logistics industry in our country has been developing rapidly in recent years,which makes the market demand logistics talents.This paper analyzes the changes of demand for logistics logistic management talents in the development of market economy,makes it clear that the teaching and learning of logistics management should take the objective of KAQ as orientation,puts in practice the comprehensive talent training mode of the trinity of "Knowledge,Ability and Quality",constructs the mode of training talents of KAO from the aspects of curriculum,teaching system,teaching methods and construction of the team of teachers,and puts forward the general strategy of reform and innovation on teaching model.
