| 摘 要： | 高校档案多数是以纸张形式存在和管理的,其档案材料的多种服务功能都以手工的方式完成,这种传统的档案信息服务方式已表现出滞后性,低时效性和不齐全性。为此,应全面了解档案管理信息化的特点,加强档案管理网络环境建设和人才队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The files of colleges and universities are mostly existing and managed in the form of paper.The multi-service functions of file materials are completed by hand.The traditional service way of computerized file management has expressed lay,low-efficiency and uncomplete.Therefore,we should fully understand the character of computerized file management and strengthen the internet environment construction of file management and the construction of a talented person group. |
