The Analysis of Innovation and Trend of the International Financial Supervision Legal Frame since American Sub-prime Mortgage Crisis

The sub-prime mortgage crisis of American since 2007 has made a great disastrous to the financial departments and the real economy of America and other countries,and reflected the necessary of the international financial supervision.This paper firstly reports the effect of the melt down,then analyzes the innovation and perfect of the financial supervision legal frame of the international organizations,England,America and China,at last makes conclusions that the legal system of the international financial supervision is more widened,the legal binding effect is more enhanced and the interest of the customers and the investors will be greatly protected.
