| 摘 要： | 文章通过对伊宁、哈密、于田、乌鲁木齐等地区多民族语言使用情况问卷分析表明，改革开放以来，少数民族兼通汉语的双语人数在迅速增长，同时呈现出少数民族单语入正向民汉双语入转化的趋势，其原因主要在于政策的支持、经济的发展、少数民族汉语意识的增强、大众媒介的逐步普及等。

| Abstract: | On the basis of a questionnaire about multinational language usage in Yining. Hami. Yutian and Urumqi areas, this paper finds that, after the reform and opening-up policy was adopted, there is a rapid increase in the number of ethnic minorities fluent with Chinese and monolingual ethnic minorities are more and more becoming bilinguals of Chinese-ethnic minority languages. These result from the governmental policy support, economical development, heightened awareness of learning Chinese on the part of the minorities, and the wide spread of the mass media. |
