| 摘 要： | 邓小平在领导右江革命根据地的实践中,深刻认识到干部的决定性作用。通过加强理论学习、创建培训制度、培养本地干部及把好选人关和管理关等举措,为右江地区培养和造就了一支政治觉悟高、革命斗争坚决的干部队伍,从理论和实践上丰富和发展了我党的干部队伍建设思想。

| Abstract: | During the practice of leading Youjiang Revolutionary Base,Deng Xiaoping deeply understand the decisive function of cadres.By strengthening the theoretical study,creating training systems,training local cadres,and good selection and management of cadres,he trained a cadre team with high political consciousness and resolute revolutionary determination for Youjiang area,which theoretically and practically enriched and developed the thought in the Party's cadre team building. |
