| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作社是加快解决＂三农＂问题的新型组织,也是金融支持＂三农＂发展的有效平台。针对当前农民专业合作社发展普遍面临的融资难问题,突破融资瓶颈的模式主要有：金融机构＋农民专业合作社直贷模式、金融机构＋担保＋农民专业合作社模式、金融机构＋农业保险＋农民专业合作社模式、政府＋农民专业合作社模式、参与组建农村合作金融模式等。
