The Russian Revolution on October 1917 and the World Peace

Immediately after the victory of the Russian Revolution on 7th October,the Soviet government was in a grim situation.A possible all-out offensive by the strong German army and the subversion from the other western countries threatened the security of the newly emerged Soviet regime.Under the circumstances like these,the Soviet government issued the Peace Decree and followed a line of peaceful diplomacy,which achieved great success,and by which Lenin developed a new idea on Marxist thought of the world peace and therefore contributed a lots for the long peace of world.
