| 摘 要： | 近几年电子阅览室陷入了设备旧、门庭冷和网吧化的发展困境。电子阅览室的发展应走出规模大、功能全和收费使用的惯性思维模式,由量的扩张转向内涵建设,回归公益,回归服务本位,重视形象建设,提升服务能力。

| Abstract: | In recent years the development of electronic reading rooms has been immersed in predicament,such as old equipment,few visitors and electronic reading rooms being like cybercafe.The development of electronic reading rooms should go out of the habitual thinking,such as pursuing big scale,complete functions and charging vistors.It should change from quantitative expansion to connotation construction and return to serving the public,attach importance to image building and enhance the service capabilities. |
