| 摘 要： | 创新网络是企业为应付系统性创新、弥补创新资源缺口而通过各种关系纽带与外部机构合作所形成的机制安排。创新网络通过关系嵌入性和结构嵌入性，程度不同、方式不一地促进创新资源在创新网络内的流动，因而被视为有利于企业的技术创新，但同时也导致了嵌入性悖论。针对创新网络的嵌入性及其导致的嵌入性悖论，评述其不足，并为未来的研究厘清线索。

| Abstract: | The innovation network is a systematic arrangement for enterprises to cope with systematic innovation and fill the gap of innovation resources through all sorts of relations and cooperation with external organizations. Through relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness the innovation network can in some way facilitate innovative resources to flow in the innovation network, which helps technological innovation, but at the same time it results in embededness paradox. Based on the network embededness and its paradox, the paper points out the shortcomings and the correct direction in which the future research should be conducted. |
