| 摘 要： | 我国社会经济持续快速发展但利益配置却严重失衡,进行利益反哺已成为社会进一步发展的迫切需要。罗尔斯的正义理论与指导我国社会发展的科学理论分别从价值合理性和事实合理性的角度为利益反哺提供了理论依据。而我国已具备的可资反哺的利益资源、可行反哺的制度途径、可助反哺的社会环境及可据反哺的实践经验,构成了利益反哺的现实基础。因此,我国在全社会范围内进行利益反哺,具有必然性和可行性。

| Abstract: | Feedback of benefits has become an urgent need for the further development of society in the face of the fact that sustainable and rapid development of society is accompanied by the massive imbalance of benefits distribution.Rawls′s theory of justice and the scientific theory of social development in China provide a theoretical basis for the feedback of benefits from the perspectives of value rationality and fact rationality respectively.Therefore,it is inevitable and feasible to implement feedback of benefits within the whole country. |
