再论风险投资信息不对称及政府的策略选择

当今世界各国都依靠科技创新发展经济,同时依靠风险投资推动科技创新。但由于政府的资金有限,能否充分利用私有资金成为关键问题。而信息不对称是风险投资双方的主要障碍,其大多数不能通过适当的契约安排予以解决而只能靠政府。因此,在阐明信息不对称的表现、后果及私人解决困难的基础上,研究政府解决风险投资双方信息不对称的策略选择以及矫正其自身行为扭曲的制度安排。

Re-discussing about the Asymmetry of Risk Investment Information and the Government Strategy Choices

At this present, all countries rely on the science and technology to develop their economy. At the same time, they rely on the risky investment to promote the innovation of science and technology. But, because of the shortage of government funds, if the private funds can be utilized fully, becomes the crucial problem. And the asymmetry information is the main barrier for the both parts of the risky investment, most of which could not be solved through the proper contract but rely on the government. Therefore, it can be based on illustrating the expression, the result of the asymmetry information and privately solving the difficulties, to study the strategy choices on the asymmetry information for both parts of risky investment, which solved by government and the principle schedule of correcting the distortion of self-action.
