| 摘 要： | 文化力是指综合国力中的文化、精神力量,它是与综合国力中的经济力、政治力、军事力等相对而言。精神、文化的因素越来越成为综合国力竞争中具有基础性、全局性、渗透性和长期性的要素。在综合国力诸因素中,文化力的功能在于通过对人的塑造和影响来增强或涣散一个民族的凝聚力,从而最终影响综合国力,影响国家的发展前途和民族的命运。在当前,正确认识文化力的内涵,把握加强文化力建设的良好机遇和时代背景,对于建设有中国特色社会主义文化,引领先进文化前进方向具有重要战略意义。

| Abstract: | Cultural power refers to the strength of the culture and spirit in the comprehensive national strength.Cultural power is related to economic power,political power,military power,etc.Spirit and culture become the overall basic,osmotic and long-term key elements of the competition in the comprehensive national strength.In all factors of the comprehensive national strength,the function of cultural power lies in whether to strengthen or slack the cohesive forces of one nationality through molding and influencing its people,accordingly to influence the comprehensive national strength and the development of the country and national destiny finally.At present,it has important strategic meanings for building socialism with Chinese characteristics and leading direction of advanced culture to understand the connotation of cultural power correctly and seize the good opportunity. |
