| 摘 要： | 吏治的好坏直接关系到封建政权的兴衰，朱元璋从巩固封建统治出发，厘订制度，重绳贪吏，整顿吏治，试图通过建立、完善封建法律制度以达到以法治吏的目的，制定了一系列的法制法规，从而促成了勤政廉洁、奉公守法的社会风尚，促进了明朝社会的稳定发展。

| Abstract: | The condition of official administration is directly re lated to the rise and fall of a political power.To consolidate the feudal rule,Z hu Yuanzhang worked out regulations to punish corrupted officials severely,and r ectified administration,trying to reach the goal of governing the official by la w.By making a series of laws,he promoted the fine social fashion for officials t o work hard and honestly,thus enhancing the stable development of the Ming ynast y. |
