论城市历史街区整改中的和谐文化——以成都市宽窄巷子历史街区整改为例

近年来,历史街区整改成为我国诸多城市在城区整体规划中的重要一环。在阐述成都宽窄巷子历史及其整改规划的基础上,对其整改后的商业业态选择及文物保护措施等方面进行评析后指出,经济利益应与历史文化相协调,在软、硬件两方面对原有历史文化应有较完整的保存,并强调原住居民作为历史载体,其留存对历史文脉传承具有重大意义。因此,应在政府支持下,最大限度地保留原有居民的历史文化元素。城市历史街区整改应做好以下五个方面的工作：一是建立和完善历史街区保护的法规和政策;二是采取半保留半整改措施来实施历史街区整改工作;三是提高居民自救意识;四是不同街区的整改应采取不同策略;五是在历史街区整改中应注意经济利益与精神文化协调发展。

Cultural Harmony of Historical Districts Rectification in the City——Example of Historic Districts Rectification in Chengdu

In recent years,the rectification of historical districts has become an important link in the urban overall planning.This paper expounds the street history and rectification scheme of Chengdu Kuanzhai.Then based on analysis of the commercial form and the historical relics protection measures after rectification,pointed out that economic interests should be coordinated with the history and culture;meanwhile the original historical and cultural preservation should be conducted from the aspects of hardware and software.This paper emphasizes that the original inhabitants,as a historical cultural carrier,should beretained for heritage significance,with their cultural elements as original as possible.the governments support.The rectification work of the historical districts has to follow fire points.first,establish and improve the regulations and policies for protection of historical districts.Second,take a half measure of implementing and retaining the historical districts rectification work.Third,increase the awareness of the inhabitants.Fourth,adopt different strategies on the rectification of different blocks.And at last,pay attention to the coordination of economic interests and cultural development in the rectification of the historical districts.
