WTO and the Development of Telecommunications Industry in China

The article analyses the impacts upon its telecommunication industry in the following respects after China becomes a member of WTO:1.the comprehension of service trade and its liberalization,including WTO and service trade,the history of liberalization of service trade etc.;2:the background for China to join WTO,including the attitude adopted by developing countries towards WTO,the macroscopical reason for China to be a member of WTO,the objective necessity for the development of telecommunications and the key problems in bilateral negotiations.3:polices,including how the oversea competitiors will enter China's markets,the strategies for China's telecommunication industry and the analysis of the correlative effects.
