摘    要:反思性教学是一种现代教学思潮 ,是教师研究解决教学问题的重要手段 ,也是促进教师专业发展的有效途径。教师的发展是一种自我反思过程 ,教师在教学实践中的反思 ,不仅提高教师的理论水平 ,而且也提高教师的实践水平。反思性教学既促进了教师专业素质的发展 ,也促进了教师专业水平的提升

Abstract:Reflective teaching is a modern trend of teaching conception thought and an important means that teachers use in studying and solving teaching problems and it's also an effective way that can promote professional development of teachers.Professional development of teachers is a process of reflectiveness. Reflectiveness in the practice of teachers promotes not only the level of theory of teachers,but also the level of practice of teachers. Reflective teaching promotes both development of quality of teachers and professional level of teachers.
