| Abstract: | Reflective teaching is a modern trend of teaching conception thought and an important means that teachers use in studying and solving teaching problems and it's also an effective way that can promote professional development of teachers.Professional development of teachers is a process of reflectiveness. Reflectiveness in the practice of teachers promotes not only the level of theory of teachers,but also the level of practice of teachers. Reflective teaching promotes both development of quality of teachers and professional level of teachers. |
