从法政杂志看辛亥革命前十年的法政自救运动

辛亥革命前十年,在清廷和当时有识之士的共同推动下发生了一场法政自救运动。通过对这十年间法政杂志的分析表明:自救运动的前五年倾向于译介西方一般法理思想,后五年则着重于译介西方宪政思想和对本土立宪与自治运动的宣传;后五年虽然同时进行着立宪和自治运动,但是,对地方自治思想的研究和宣传则是到了1908年之后才渐趋高涨的,并持续到辛亥革命。在自救运动的两次转变与发展中,法政杂志起到了高楼撞晓钟的作用。

The Political and Law Campaign in 1901-1911 via the Review of Political and Law Periodicals

There was a political and law campaign for self salvage between 1901 and 1911 launched by Qing Dynasty and the intellectuals.After analyzing those political and law periodicals,we found that the campaign devoted to translate the general jurisprudence in the first five years,and to translate the constitutional theory and propagate the constitutionalism and the local autonomy in the second five years.Moreover the research and propagation of the local autonomy was arising increasingly after 1908.In addition,the political and law periodicals played a role of guide in this campaign.
