论公平分配的三重境界

在不同的社会形态中,公平分配具有不同的内容和形式。按资分配是资本主义的公平,按劳分配是社会主义的公平,按需分配是共产主义的公平。平均主义分配或按资分配是造成公平与效率之间产生矛盾的两个基本原因。在社会主义初级阶段,只有坚持贯彻按劳分配原则,才能消除公平与效率的矛盾,消除两极分化,维护社会公平。按劳分配的实现形式还需要在实践中不断探索。

The Triple Realm of the Equitable Distribution

In a different form of society,fair distribution have different meanings and forms:distribution according to capital is fair in capitalism,distribution according to work is fair in socialism,distribution according to need is fair in communism.Equalitarianism allocation and distribution according to capital is the two basic reasons that caused the contradiction between equity and efficiency.In the primary stage of socialism,only to continue to carry out principle of distribution according to work can we eliminate the contradiction of fairness and efficiency,eliminate polarization and maintain social justice.However,the forms of distribution according to work still need exploration in practice.
