基于网络自我伦理构建的高校网络舆情引导

自我伦理是人们对道德和伦理精神的切身感悟,是人在生活情境中的权衡和抉择,是开放的自我观下的自我约束。其构建的逻辑起点基于人有自我救赎的主观需要,人有全面发展的客观需求,人有主体实现的内在要求。构建目标则指向于自我实现的满足,真实人性的再现及精神境界的升华。因此网络舆情的引导应从明确网络伦理的责任主体,继承现实社会伦理的精髓,建立"慎独"的道德自律,加强网络伦理道德教育,培植个体社会支持系统,强化网络主体的心理调适等方面进行治理。

Guidance of College Internet Public Opinions on Basis of Building Self Internet Ethics

Self ethics is an immediate experience of the spirit of morality and ethics,the weighing and choice in varied living circumstances,and a self restraint under an open conception of the self.Its logic outset is the subjective demand for a self-salvation,the objective requirement of human all round development,and the inner request for an actualization of subjectivity,while its aim includes the realization of self fulfillment,the representation of real humanity and the sublimation of the spiritual realm.With this perspective in mind,the guidance of internet public opinions is prone to manage by identifying the internet responsibility subject,inheriting the existing spirit of the social ethics,building moral self discipline of "self restraining in privacy"("shendu"in Chinese),strengthening individual moral and ethical education,cultivating social support system for individuals,intensifying the psychological adjustment of internet ethics etc.
