| Abstract: | "Three-Agriculture County" in Guizhou province is presently backward in most part,which is caused by the natural and historical conditions and other factors.The present situation could be changed only through transferring the socialist "agriculture civilization" to the socialist industry civilization.To select a suitable pattern in constructing a well-off society is to lead a great-leap-forward development in certain fields. |
