海商法实验性语料库建设研究

结合海商法特点,探讨在国家海洋开发战略大背景下,通过建立海商法实验性语料库,以满足海洋经济发展需要和社会各界对《海商法》修改的迫切需求。本文深入剖析了海商法实验性语料库建设所遵循的内涵、目的、语料来源和设计模型,创新性地提出海商法语料选择"三原则",并指出了将来以语篇结构为基础的文本标注方向,以期为中国特色海商法语料库体系的建设提供建设经验及实践参考。

The Research on the Experimental Corpus for the Amendment of Maritime Law

For the purposes of serving the rapid growth of Chinese marine economy and responding to the rising demand of amending the existing marine law, this paper discusses the possibility of setting up an experimental corpus of marine law for both legal and linguistic studies. With consideration of the unique characteristics of marine law, the paper illustrates the goals and principles of the construction. In addition, it introduces for the first time the three principles in selection and the possible application of the style-oriented annotation. Hopefully, this piece of writing can contribute to the compiling of a complete system of corpora for marine laws with distinctive Chinese characters.
