高中语文分层施教策略探索

摘    要:以学生的实际差异为出发点,从学生的认知水平和知识基础的个别差异、不同学生对教学内容的不同要求出发,制定分层次的教学目标,合理安排教学程序,分层施教、分层练习、分层评价,让每个学生都拥有同等的学习机会和发展机会,让所有学生的个性与潜能都能得到全面充分的发展。

Abstract:Based on students’actual cognition level and academic proficiency, graded teaching goals and teaching programme should be set out to meet their individual and diverse requests. Teaching contents and evaluation standards should be designed flexibly and diversely so that each student can obtain equal opportunity of learning and development. They can fully achieve all their exploration of potential and personality.
