| 摘 要： | 国家宏观层面的顶层设计是实现辅导员队伍专业化的战略保障,可以通过加强工作督查促进文件贯彻落实、精心树立先进典型培育职业精神、潜心提炼重点经验形成制度升华和精心谋划国家战略建成数据平台等实践构想来建设好辅导员队伍的专业化。

| Abstract: | The top-level design of the professional construction of college counselor team on national macro level is a strategic security which can achieve professionalization of counselor teams by strengthening the supervision to promote the file implementation, carefully establishing advanced and typical cultivatable occupation spirit, extracting the key experience to form the sublimation of system with great concentration and meticulously planning national strategy to build data platform in order to make counselor team specialized. |
