摘    要:当前高校旅游法课程教学考核机制存在着只注重教材知识点,无法全面评价学生对这门课程的所有知识点的掌握,在考核中采用统一的卷面考核不能对学生因材施教等问题,因此需要对课程进行相应教改。改革过程中应围绕课堂教学这个中心,将课程教学考核机制与学生学业评价有机结合,坚持主客观相统一的原则,以提升学生能力和素质的培养为导向,使课程改革不断创新、不断完善。

Abstract:In the current teaching reforms of the course Tourism Law in university, there are problems, such as only paying attention to the textbook knowledge instead of all useful course knowledge points, using the unified examination papers instead of teaching students according to their aptitude. For these reasons, the authors conducted an experiment of teaching reform in curriculum teaching. The author believes that tourism law course teaching should center on the classroom teaching; combine teaching evaluation mechanism with student academic assessment; adhere to the unity of the subjective and the objective principles; be oriented towards cultivating and improving students’ability and quality;and make the curriculum reform innovation and continuous improvement.
