| Abstract: | Retroactivity of criminal law is a striking problem in law application after the revision of criminal law. There exist some difficult problems in dispute. The text puts forward the idea that how to identify "law of action" after analyzing the theory and practice of the criminal law. Moreover, the author also probes into some kinds of special questions on the retroactivity of criminal law. |
