| 摘 要： | 中央民族工作会议明确指出,“要牢牢把握加快少数民族和民族地区发展这一民族工作的核心”[。1](P5)只有确实加快少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展,才能真正解决民族地区的困难和问题,才能促进各民族共同团结奋斗,以人为本,实现全面、协调、可持续发展,才能达到各民族平等、团结、互助、和谐,共同繁荣与发展。

| Abstract: | The conference on the ethnic work by the Central Committee of CPC clearly points out that "it is a necessity to concentrate on the quick development of the minorities and the minority areas" which is the only solution to their problems.Only in this way can we realize the man-centered,overall,balanced and sustainable development and obtain national equality,unity,mutual help,harmony,shared prosperity and development. |
