政体新探

政体与国家主权的归属没有必然的联系 ,政体与政权组织形式并非属于两个不同的层次。政体的本质是国家机关之间的权力关系。政体即为政权组织形式 ,但应当包括国家结构形式。对于政体问题应当从多个角度加以认识 ,我国的政体是共和制、人民代表大会制、具有联邦制特点的单一制和民主集中制。

A New Exploration on the System of Government

There is no certain link between the system of government and the state sovereignty, and the former is in the same level with the regime's organizational arrangement. The essence of the system of government is the power relation among national institutions. The system of government includes the state's structural arrangement. This article holds the idea that we should understand the system of government from different angles, for example, China's system of government is, republic system ,people's congress system, unitary system with federal characters, and ,the democratic centralization system.
