论企业清洁生产

传统的企业生产因过分消耗资源 ,忽视生态环境保护 ,因此造成生存环境恶化、发展后劲不足等问题。清洁生产以实现经济可持续发展为目标 ,给企业推出一个与环境共存的崭新生产模式。目前 ,世界各国正在掀起清洁生产热潮 ,我国“十五”计划也把清洁生产作为一项重大战略提出来。我国企业要转变观念 ,采取对策 ,推行清洁生产 ,迎接新的挑战。

On the Detergent Production in the Enterprise

Due to the excessive consumption of resources and the negligence of protecting the ecological environment in the traditional enterprise production; many problems have aroused, such as the deterioration of the living circumstance and lack of developing motive. Detergent production aims at sustainable development of economy, and puts forward a completely new production mode which is compatible to environment. Currently, many countries in the world are in the tendeney of detergent producing, and China's "Tenth Five-Year Plan" also raises the theory of detergent production as a significant strategy. The enterprises in our country should change their old conceptions, take effective measures, implement detergent production and take the new challenge.
