| Abstract: | Building a new socialist countryside is an essential respect of the scientific concept of develop- ment.To build the new socialist countryside,development should be put the first emphasis,building modern human-oriented agriculture and exerting farmers' leading role,which will contribute to sustainable develop- ment of countryside,promoting mutual development of rural and urban area. |
