| 摘 要： | 不守信用行为已在中华大地造成了不容忽视的危害 :使政府形象受损 ,经济发展受阻 ,人际关系紧张。本文通过对不守信行为现状、危害及产生原因的分析 ,指出重塑信用应依靠个人、企业和政府的共同努力。除加强各主体自律外 ,政府还应提供制度保障 ,使守信与失信善有善报 ,恶有恶报

| Abstract: | In China ,the actions of discredit has caused many problems which should be paid more attention to .These problems are damaging the government image,spoiling the economic development and affecting people's relationship.This paper analyses the harm and the reasons of losing credit from the present conditions of Chinese credit,and then points out that rebuilding credit needs the collaborative efforts from individuals,enterprises and the government.Apart from self-discipline of the above three bodies, the government also should provide the regulative guarantee for credit and discredit to be rewarded with their deserted results. |
