我国高校突发事件干预机制研究

近年来,我国高校突发事件频繁发生,在社会上产生了不良的影响。高校突发事件频繁发生,其原因是多方面的,其中突发事件的干预机制不健全是重要的因素,我国很多高校忽视了干预机制的建立,存在诸多问题。在应对突发事件方面,应该从多方面建立健全突发事件的干预机制,比如从思想上重视干预机制在整个应急管理机制中的重要地位;加大对高校突发事件应急管理的资金支持;完善干预方案,形成完整的干预体系等等。

Study of the Intervention System of College Emergencies

In recent years,emergencies occur frequently in China’s colleges,which have a bad influence in the society. And its reason is many sided,the important factor is emergency intervention mechanism is not perfect,many colleges neglect building the intervention mechanism,and there exist a lot of problems.In response to the incident,we should establish and perfect the emergency intervention mechanism from many aspects,such as paying attention to the important position of the intervention mechanism in the emergency management mechanism from the ideology;increasing capital support of the management of college emergencies;perfecting intervention program,forming a complete intervention system,and so on.
