| 摘 要： | 民初干路国有运动之所以取得成功,内部原因主要是商办铁路自身已经到了山穷水尽的地步。这主要表现在:一是资金筹措艰难;二是管理混乱,官权经常滥施于商办铁路公司;三是腐败严重。外部原因主要是孙中山的铁路国有计划和袁世凯的企求。

| Abstract: | The railway state-owned movement in the initial stage of the Republic of China acquired success,its reason can be divided into two aspects: inner part and outer part.For inner part,it is mainly because of the illness of itself.The commercial railway was at the end of the rope,which can be manifested in three aspects: first,the difficulties in funds collecting.Next,the mess in management,administerial power interference lavished on the company of the commercial railway.Third,serious corruption.For outer part,mainly because of the railway state-owned plan of Sun Yat-sen and the greed of Yuan Shi-kai. |
