| 摘 要： | 校园文化建设是学校整体建设的重要组成部分。当前，师范院校的校园文化建设面临高等教育大众化、教师教育改革、基础教育改革等新的发展形势。文章对新形势下师范院校校园文化建设中存在的问题及原因作了分析，并就如何加强转型背晋下的师范院校校园文化建设提出了具体对策。

| Abstract: | Campus culture is an important component of a school＇ s reputation. At present, the campusculture program at teachers colleges is being faced with new challenges, including the popularity of higher education, the reform in teacher education and in basic education, and the sustainable development of itself. This paper, analyzing the problems in the campus-culture programs at teachers colleges under new circumstances and the reasons for these problems, puts forward some strategies and suggestions for facilitating such programs in the context of teachers colleges＇ transition. |
