| Abstract: | This paper starts from the derogation to women in personality and social values in English and elab- orates the pragmatic features of the female language and the differences from the male. It also expounds the cultural implication of sexism in English and the subtle relation between language and culture. It is stated in the paper, that knowledge of the phenomenon of sexism in English is necessary for English learners. |
