摘    要:公共部门人力资源绩效考核是全面提高公共部门组织管理效率的重要手段,也是部门成员改善工作谋求发展的重要途径,对提高公共部门人力资源管理水平,建立一流的人事制度起着十分重要的作用。从我国公共部门人力资源绩效考核的考核制度建设、考核体系建设和激励功能的发挥三个方面分析研究了其存在的问题和不足,并提出有针对性的对策探讨。

Abstract:Performance assessment of human resources in the public sectors is a vital way to improve the efficiency of public sector organization,and is also an important way for civil servants to improve work and seek development.It plays a great role in the improvement of human resources management in the public sectors and the establishment a first-class personnel system.This paper deals the existing problems and deficiency in such aspects as the construction of assessment institutions,the construction of assessment system,and the incentive mechanism.This paper also puts forward some countermeasures.
